WHICH GINSENG SPECIES IS BEST SUITED TO YOU?

“STRESSFUL SITUATIONS”, in this day and age everyone is confronted with them at one time or other. Our bodies and minds can deal with a certain amount of stress . . . until the amount of stress reaches or surpasses our own personal limit. A good form of support is then desirable and at times necessary. It is a well-known fact that GINSENG can be very beneficial at such times.
But just when do you need our new AMERICAN GINSENG and when would you be better off using the more known variety, KOREAN GINSENG? That depends on your stress reaction pattern, or in other words your stress-type.

A) Do you have mainly characteristics from the type 1 list? (American Ginseng):
You then need to use the Ginseng that has a primarily calming and nourishing effect on the nervous system, to stimulate a more thorough recovery and to recharge your source of energy. Its secondary effect is to supply the recovered body with extra energy. AMERICAN GINSENG meets these requirements.

B) Were your tendencies more in the list for type 2? (Korean Ginseng):
In this case your nervous system would profit more from a direct supply of energy and vitality: what you need is power and spirit. To prevent your system from swinging too far to the other side (Type 1), your system also receives some calming and nourishing influences. The KOREAN GINSENG meets just these requirements.

EVERYDAY PROBLEMS:

In dealing with day to day problems, small and large stress situations and our individual reactions to these play an important role. That's why it is important to determine whether you are mainly a TYPE 1 or a TYPE 2 personality. Both the American and the Korean Ginseng help cope with stressful situations, tired muscles, tension, overexertion and hot flushes, also helping to lower the cholesterol level, stimulate a normal day-night rhythm, stimulate blood circulation, improve intestinal activity and increase absorption of vitamins and minerals from your diet.

DOSAGE:

A) TYPE 1 : take 1 or 2 capsules of AMERICAN GINSENG daily, during or after breakfast.
B) TYPE 2 : take 1 or 2 capsules of KOREAN GINSENG daily, during or after breakfast.

PLEASE NOTE: -Although it is sometimes possible to achieve results more quickly, it is important in any case to take the ginseng daily for at least four weeks.
-The capsules shouldn't be taken after the evening meal, due to the stimulating effect (in the interest of a good night's sleep).
